Call For Papers for Symphilosophie 3 (2021)

SYMPHILOSOPHIE: International Journal of Philosophical Romanticism is now accepting submissions of original research articles for the miscellaneous section of its third issue (2021). – These research articles may be on any topic related to German romantic philosophy. Contributors are also invited to submit review essays, book reviews and new translations. 

The submission deadline for this third issue is: 31 May 2021.

We are also very pleased to announce Leif Weatherby (NYU) as guest editor of Symphilosophie 3 (2021). He will be in charge of the main section of the issue devoted to the topic: 

“Science, Technology, and Early German Romanticism.”

SYMPHILOSOPHIE is an online, open-access and peer-reviewed journal, and part of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. We accept submissions in four languages: English, German, French and Italian. Research articles are subject to double-blind peer review. All submitted texts must adhere to the submission guidelines of the journal: https://symphilosophie.com/submission-guidelines/, and the journal’s code of ethics: https://symphilosophie.com/submission-guidelines/publication-ethics/. Any submission not following these guidelines will not be considered. 

In September 2020 we launched the “Preprint” section on the journal’s website, where certain articles may be viewed online that have already passed the peer-review process and are awaiting their final publication.

The third issue of SYMPHILOSOPHIE on “Science, Technology, and Early German Romanticism” will be published in December 2021.
